We do a school tour to present, promote, and sell every new book that we create. I love storytelling and sharing with the students!

I do storytelling presentations of my favorite books in different malls around Santo Domingo almost every weekend. Hundreds of families go together to enjoy these presentations. Children color between stories, and a group of brands offer toasts afterward.

I visited Argentina’s International Book Fair and had a school tour for a week with my illustrator, Pablo Pino, to promote SuperNiños.

The book SuperKids was selected by the Florida International University’s College of Business for use in the Holiday Book Drive donation for the children of Dr. Carlos J. Finlay Elementary School in 2015. I had a great time sharing with the students and signing their books!

I gave a talk at a TEDx event! It was called “We can all be super,” and tells the story of my personal experience with disability, and how this inspired me to create the project www.youaresuper.co.

The book SuperNiños won a Gold Moonbeam Award 2015, and I attended the award ceremony in Traverse City, Michigan.

The original, Spanish language version of the book SuperKids was released to the press, family, and friends at a launch party in the Dominican Republic on April 20, 2015.
